Kognito provides online training simulations that teach mental health
literacy to faculty, staff, and students across Nova Scotia. Mental health literacy includes the ability to recognize psychological distress, how to engage in a conversation with someone you may be concerned about, and how to make a referral to the appropriate resources for someone in need.

to help you understand and manage how you feel, think and act. You choose the modules you believe will help you feel well and live the life you choose.
Students are able to create a personalized account for TAO using their student email address. You can set this account up here.
