Saint Mary’s University currently offers three services through HealthyMindsNS, in addition to the support offered through their Counselling Centre located on the 4th floor of the Student Centre, SC406.   • TAO Self-Help is an online mental health library with interactive modules to help you understand and manage how you feel, think and act. You choose the modules you believe will help you feel well and live the life you choose. Students are able to create a personalized account for TAO using their student email address.   • Crisis Text Line Powered by Kids Help Phone is a Canadian text-based volunteer-support service available 24/7/365. Just text Good2TalkNS to 686868 to be connected to a volunteer-supporter from the privacy of your phone.

  • Good2Talk offers free, confidential support services to post-secondary students. By connecting with Good2Talk, post-secondary students in Nova Scotia can access professional counselling, volunteer crisis support and information and referrals about mental health services and supports on and off campus 24/7. Contact Good2Talk for support with any issue, big or small.

    Post-secondary students can connect with a professional counsellor by calling 1-833-292-3698.
