Healthy Minds at University of King’s College

Students at the University of King’s College have access to Dalhousie University’s Student Health & Wellness Centre located at 1246 LeMarchant Street, 2nd floor, as well as the online mental health services offered by Dalhousie University through HealthyMindsNS. These services include TAO and Good2Talk.

  • TAO Self-Help is an online mental health library with interactive modules to help you understand and manage how you feel, think and act. You choose the modules you believe will help you feel well and live the life you choose. Students are able to create a personalized account for TAO using their student email address.   • Good2Talk offers free, confidential support services to post-secondary students. By connecting with Good2Talk, post-secondary students in Nova Scotia can access professional counselling, volunteer crisis support and information and referrals about mental health services and supports on and off campus 24/7.
